Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

THATCH ships throughout New Zealand and Australia using NZ couriers and NZ post. All parcels will be delivered with signature required unless requested otherwise to ensure safety and reliability. If the courier can not safely deliver your parcel they will leave a card to call for you to follow the instructions to organise redelivery.

You will receive a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched. You can find out more information and track your parcel at:

Returns / Exchanges and Refunds

I want to ensure that you choose the right THATCH piece for you. Below are the instructions for a Return / Exchange or Refund request. Please send all inquiries to Phoebe at shop@thatch.nz. All requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. I am unable to process requests if you have not emailed me directly within this timeframe. 

If you purchased an item as a gift and need to exchange it, please let me know as I can accomodate requests directly with the recipient if it is easier. 

Returns / Exchanges

You can request to return an unused item for a credit note or exchange if you have changed your mind or the item is not right. I will email you instructions on how to return the item. Once it has been returned and undergone a quality control check I will then process your request for either a replacement or online credit.

Refunds

You can only request a refund if an item is faulty and I am not able to repair or replace it. I will e mail you instructions on how to return the item. Once it has been returned and undergone a quality control check I will then process your request for a repair, replacement or refund.

Care

Please use track and trace and treat the items with care when packaging them to send back. If an item is damaged upon return I am unable to issue a replacement, exchange or refund. If you have any other questions or queries about these steps please get in touch with me at shop@thatch.nz
